DOTA-GA-maleimide

Bifunctional Chelator

DOTA-GA-maleimide is a bifunctional chelator that facilitates both protein conjugation and radiometal chelation. It forms stable complexes with indium-111 (111In) and utilizes maleimide chemistry for protein conjugation. This reagent enables the radiolabeling of LFn, which can be applied in imaging studies of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activity. DOTA-GA-maleimide is particularly useful in cancer research, offering valuable insights into tumor biology and therapeutic responses.
