Bifunctional Prochelator
DOTA-GA(tBu)4 is a bifunctional prochelator designed to enhance the stability of radiometals bound to ligands. This compound significantly improves the biodistribution of radiolabeled second-generation Affibody molecules by increasing their net negative charge, which reduces hepatic uptake and enhances tumor-to-blood and tumor-to-liver ratios.
