DOTAGA-anhydride

Bifunctional Chelator

DOTAGA-anhydride is a bifunctional chelator based on the DOTA framework that effectively binds to radionuclides, facilitating the development of radionuclide drug conjugates (RDCs). This reagent has been successfully employed in the labeling of antibodies, such as Trastuzumab, enhancing their imaging capabilities. Additionally, DOTAGA-anhydride is valuable for synthesizing bimodal tags for applications in single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and PET/optical imaging.
