DTPA anhydride
Bifunctional Chelator
DTPA anhydride is a bifunctional chelator that effectively reacts with amino groups, particularly lysine residues, in proteins to form stable amide bonds. This compound also facilitates the binding of radionuclides for the synthesis of radionuclide-labeled drug conjugates (RDCs). RDCs are designed for specific targeting of biomolecules, making them valuable tools in medical imaging and therapeutic applications.
