DnaK Inhibitor

EG35 is a DnaK inhibitor that targets the nucleotide-binding domain of Escherichia coli DnaK. By binding to DnaK, EG35 effectively inhibits ATPase activity that is stimulated by DnaJ and GrpE. This reagent is valuable for studying the molecular chaperone system in bacteria and can be applied in research involving protein folding and stress response mechanisms.
