ER-Tracker Blue-White DPX

Endoplasmic Reticulum Probe

ER-Tracker Blue-White DPX is a selective probe for the endoplasmic reticulum, designed for live-cell imaging applications. This BODIPY-based dye, featuring a Glibenclamide derivative, exhibits high fluorescence stability and an optimal extinction coefficient while remaining non-toxic at low concentrations. It is particularly useful in studying cellular dynamics and protein localization within the endoplasmic reticulum. Note that while it is not optimal for fixed cells, aldehyde fixation can preserve partial fluorescence, with an excitation/emission range of 374/430-640 nm.
