NET Inhibitor
F3288-0031 is an allosteric inhibitor of the norepinephrine transporter (NET), exhibiting a 73.5% inhibition rate at 20 μM. This compound binds to the inner vestibule of NET, stabilizing its inward-open conformation, and shows preferential inhibition of NET over the serotonin transporter (SERT) with a pIC50 of 5.9. In vitro studies demonstrate no significant off-target activity. F3288-0031 exhibits notable antidepressant-like effects in vivo, making it a valuable tool for research in depressive disorders and related neuropsychiatric conditions.
