Feralolide
AChE/BuChE Inhibitor
Feralolide is a dihydroisocoumarin that functions as a dual inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE), exhibiting IC50 values of 55 μg/mL and 52 μg/mL, respectively. This compound also demonstrates antioxidant properties, effectively inhibiting 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2′-azinobis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS).
