Farnesyl Transferase/Geranylgeranyl Transferase-1 Inhibitor

FGTI-2734 mesylate is a potent inhibitor of farnesyl transferase (FT) and geranylgeranyl transferase-1 (GGT), exhibiting IC50 values of 250 nM and 520 nM, respectively.
