Fluchloralin

Microtubule Inhibitor

Fluchloralin is a dinitroaniline herbicide known for its role as a microtubule inhibitor. It effectively combats annual gramineous and broadleaf weeds through the suppression of tubulin synthesis and cell division. In addition to its herbicidal properties, Fluchloralin demonstrates significant cytotoxic and genotoxic effects, promoting apoptosis by activating apoptotic signaling pathways, leading to DNA ladder formation, cell shrinkage, and nuclear fragmentation. This reagent is useful for research applications involving cell cycle analysis and apoptosis studies.
