FP802

TwinF Interface Inhibitor

FP802 is a potent TwinF interface inhibitor that disrupts the NMDAR/TRPM4 death complex, providing promising neuroprotective effects. In the 5xFAD mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease, FP802 prevents cognitive decline, preserves neuronal integrity, reduces amyloid-β plaque accumulation, and alleviates mitochondrial dysfunction. Additionally, it mitigates motor neuron loss, lowers serum neurofilament light chain (NfL) levels, enhances motor performance, and extends lifespan in a mouse model of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). FP802 is suitable for research applications related to Alzheimer's disease and ALS.
