FTI-2153 TFA
FTase Inhibitor
FTI-2153 TFA is a highly selective inhibitor of farnesyltransferase (FTase), exhibiting an IC50 of 1.4 nM. This compound demonstrates over 3000-fold greater potency in inhibiting H-Ras processing (IC50, 10 nM) compared to Rap1A, making it a valuable tool for cancer research.
