Galidesivir

RdRp Inhibitor

Galidesivir is a potent RdRp inhibitor and an adenosine analog. It exhibits broad antiviral activity against a range of RNA viruses, including filoviruses and emerging pathogens such as MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV, and SARS-CoV-2. In vitro studies demonstrate that Galidesivir effectively inhibits several negative-sense RNA viruses, with EC50 values varying from approximately 3 to 68 μM, making it a valuable tool for research on viral replication and therapeutic interventions.
