GS-493
SHP2 Inhibitor
GS-493 is a selective inhibitor of the protein tyrosine phosphatase SHP2 (PTPN11), demonstrating an IC50 of 71 nM. This compound exhibits significantly higher potency against SHP2 compared to its relatives, SHP1 and PTP1B, with 29-fold and 45-fold increased activity, respectively. GS-493 effectively inhibits cellular motility and proliferation of cancer cells, showcasing its potential for antitumor applications in cancer research.
