GSHtracer
GSH Probe
GSHtracer is a ratiometric probe designed for the quantification of glutathione (GSH) levels within cellular environments. Upon binding to GSH, GSHtracer exhibits a shift in fluorescence with excitation/emission wavelengths from 520/580 nm to 430/510 nm. This dynamic change enables precise detection and monitoring of GSH concentrations, making it a valuable tool in oxidative stress research and cellular metabolism studies.
