GSK-J2 sodium

Inactive Isomer of GSK-J1

GSK-J2 sodium is the sodium form of GSK-J2, an inactive isomer of the active compound GSK-J1. While GSK-J1 functions as a potent inhibitor of the H3K27me3/me2-demethylases JMJD3/KDM6B and UTX/KDM6A, GSK-J2 sodium does not exhibit specific biological activity. This reagent may be utilized in studies focused on differentiating between active and inactive isomers in the context of epigenetic regulation and demethylase inhibition.
