GSK778
BET BD1 Inhibitor
GSK778 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the bromodomain BD1 of BET proteins. It exhibits inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 75 nM for BRD2 BD1, 41 nM for both BRD3 and BRD4 BD1, and 143 nM for BRDT BD1. GSK778 effectively mimics the biological effects of pan-BET inhibitors in cancer models, making it a valuable tool for research into cancer biology and therapeutic development targeting BET-mediated pathways.
