hCAI/II Inhibitor
hCAI/II-IN-7 is a potent inhibitor of human carbonic anhydrases I and II, characterized by Ki values of 23 nM and 44 nM, respectively. This compound exhibits selective inhibition, with lower activity against bovine carbonic anhydrase. The biological activity of hCAI/II-IN-7 makes it a valuable tool for research applications investigating the roles of carbonic anhydrases in physiological and pathological processes, including cancer and hypertension.
