HDAC-IN-27 is a selective inhibitor of Class I histone deacetylases (HDAC1-3) with an IC50 range of 0.43 to 3.01 nM. It demonstrates significant anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic effects against acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines by promoting histone acetylation, specifically AcHH3 and AcHH4.
