HI-346
NNRTI/Spermicide
HI-346 is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) targeting HIV-1, exhibiting an IC50 value of 3 nM against the HIV-1 strain HTLV-IIIB. Additionally, HI-346 demonstrates spermicide activity with an EC50 of 42 μM while exhibiting no significant cytotoxicity to normal cells at effective concentrations. This compound is applicable for research in anti-HIV-1 therapies and contraceptive development.
