HSL Inhibitor
Hi 76-0079 is a potent inhibitor of hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL), demonstrating significant inhibitory activity by blocking PNPB hydrolysis in HEK293A cell lysates overexpressing Lipe, with an IC50 of 0.1 μM. This compound effectively synergizes with the ATGL inhibitor Atglistatin to impede lipolysis in vitro.
