icFSP1
FSP1 Inhibitor
icFSP1 is a selective inhibitor of ferroptosis suppressor protein-1 (FSP1), which plays a critical role in regulating ferroptosis. This compound triggers the relocalization of FSP1 from the membrane and promotes its condensation, working synergistically with GPX4 inhibition to induce ferroptosis. Additionally, icFSP1 exhibits significant antitumor activity, particularly against melanoma, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer biology and ferroptosis modulation.
