IK-930

TEAD Inhibitor

IK-930 is a potent and orally active inhibitor of TEAD transcription factors, exhibiting an EC50 value of less than 0.1 µM. This compound effectively disrupts the interaction between TEAD and its co-activators, thereby hindering TEAD-dependent gene transcription. IK-930 has significant implications for research in cancer biology and regenerative medicine, particularly in studies focusing on the Hippo signaling pathway and its role in cellular growth and differentiation.
