Isotoosendanin
TGFβR1 Inhibitor
Isotoosendanin is a potent inhibitor of TGFβR1 that disrupts its kinase activity, with an IC50 of 6732 nM. By directly targeting SHP-2, Isotoosendanin inhibits the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway, enhancing SHP-2 stability while reducing its ubiquitination. This compound demonstrates significant anti-tumor activity in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) models, effectively reducing migration, invasion, and metastasis.
