Cdc25 Phosphatase Inhibitor
JUN-1111 is an irreversible and selective inhibitor of the Cdc25 phosphatase, demonstrating IC50 values of 0.38 µM for Cdc25A, 1.8 µM for Cdc25B, and 0.66 µM for Cdc25C, with higher values observed for VHR and PTP1B. This compound effectively induces cell cycle arrest at the G1 and G2/M phases, facilitating studies on cell proliferation and apoptosis. Additionally, JUN-1111 has been shown to decrease the levels of phosphoCdk1, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and cell cycle modulation studies.
