FoxO1 Inhibitor
JY-2 is a selective inhibitor of the Forkhead box O1 (FoxO1) transcription factor, effectively inhibiting its transcriptional activity with an IC50 of 22 μM. This compound also exhibits moderate inhibitory effects on FoxO3a and FoxO4. JY-2 demonstrates notable anti-diabetic activity, making it a valuable tool for research related to metabolic disorders and the regulation of glucose homeostasis.
