ABHD6 Inhibitor

JZP-MA-13 is a selective inhibitor of α/β-hydrolase domain 6 (ABHD6), demonstrating an IC50 of 392 nM. This compound exhibits specificity by not inhibiting monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL), ABHD12, fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH), or other serine hydrolases. JZP-MA-13 is also a positron emission tomography (PET) ligand, making it useful for in vivo imaging studies focused on ABHD6 activity and related physiological processes.
