KT109
DAGLβ Inhibitor
KT109 is a selective inhibitor of diacylglycerol lipase-β (DAGLβ), exhibiting an IC50 of 42 nM and approximately 60-fold selectivity over DAGLα. This compound demonstrates inhibitory activity against PLA2G7 (IC50 = 1 µM) while showing minimal effects on FAAH, MGLL, ABHD11, and cytosolic phospholipase A2. KT109 is utilized in research related to lipid networks involved in macrophage inflammatory responses, effectively reducing levels of 2-Arachidonoylglycerol, Arachidonic acid, and eicosanoids in mouse peritoneal macrophages.
