KY-05009
TNIK Inhibitor
KY-05009 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of Traf2- and Nck-interacting kinase (TNIK) with an inhibitory constant (Ki) of 100 nM. It effectively blocks TGF-β1-induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in human lung adenocarcinoma cells. By inhibiting TNIK protein expression and the transcriptional activity of Wnt target genes, KY-05009 induces apoptosis in cancer cells, highlighting its potential as an anti-cancer agent in research applications.
