THR-β Agonist

Kylo-0603 is a selective THR-β agonist that demonstrates significant biological activity with an EC50 of 31.07 nM. This compound effectively lowers serum cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels while upregulating THR-regulated genes such as iodothyronine deiodinase 1 (Dio1) and malic enzyme 1 (Me1). Additionally, Kylo-0603 inhibits the expression of inflammatory and fibrotic genes, making it a valuable tool for research into metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and liver fibrosis.
