KYP-2047
POP Inhibitor
KYP-2047 is a highly potent inhibitor of prolyl-oligopeptidase (POP) that effectively penetrates the blood-brain barrier, demonstrating a Ki value of 0.023 nM. This compound exhibits significant biological activity by reducing glioblastoma proliferation through modulation of angiogenesis and induction of apoptosis.
