LCAHA

USP2a Inhibitor

LCAHA (LCA hydroxyamide) is a potent inhibitor of the deubiquitinase USP2a, demonstrating IC50 values of 9.7 μM and 3.7 μM in the Ub-AMC and Di-Ub assays, respectively. By inhibiting USP2a, LCAHA leads to the destabilization of Cyclin D1 and induces G0/G1 cell cycle arrest. This compound is invaluable for studies focused on cell cycle regulation and the role of deubiquitination in cancer biology.
