Ledipasvir hydrochloride
HCV NS5A Inhibitor
Ledipasvir hydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of the hepatitis C virus NS5A, exhibiting EC50 values of 34 pM and 4 pM for genotype 1a and 1b replicons, respectively. In addition to its antiviral activity against HCV, Ledipasvir hydrochloride functions as an inhibitor of SARS-CoV 3CLpro, with an IC50 of 1.62 μM. This compound is valuable for researching hepatitis C therapies and studying coronavirus protease functions in viral replication.
