Blood Smear Staining

Leishman's stain is a vital reagent for the visualization of cellular components in peripheral blood and bone marrow smears, facilitating the examination of blood morphology. When applied, it produces a spectrum of colors ranging from pale bluish-grey to deep blue under oil-immersion microscopy. This staining technique is critical for diagnosing hematological disorders and assessing the presence of specific cell types, making it an indispensable tool in clinical laboratories and research settings.
