LPA5 Antagonist
LPA5 Antagonist 1 is a highly selective antagonist of the lysophosphatidic acid receptor 5 (LPA5), exhibiting an IC50 of 32 nM. This compound demonstrates significant blood-brain-barrier permeability and anti-nociceptive properties, making it suitable for studies in inflammatory and neuropathic pain. Additionally, LPA5 Antagonist 1 features an alkyne group, enabling its use as a click chemistry reagent for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with azide-containing molecules.
