Serotonin Uptake Inhibitor
LY125180 is a selective serotonin uptake inhibitor that competes with serotonin and norepinephrine uptake in cortical synaptosomes, as well as dopamine uptake in striatal synaptosomes. It demonstrates Ki values of 0.06 μM for serotonin, 2.2 μM for norepinephrine, and 2.5 μM for dopamine.
