MAGL Inhibitor
MAGL-IN-4 is a selective and reversible inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL), displaying an IC50 of 6.2 nM. This compound is capable of penetrating the blood-brain barrier, thereby enhancing endocannabinoid signaling primarily through the elevation of 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) levels in the brain.
