MB076

Boronic Acid/ADC Variants Inbihitor

MB076 is a heterocyclic triazole that acts as an inhibitor of Class C Acinetobacter-derived cephalosporinases (ADCs), displaying improved plasma stability. This compound efficiently inhibits seven β-lactamase variants with Ki values less than 1 μM, offering potential in combating antibiotic resistance. Additionally, MB076 demonstrates synergistic effects when combined with various cephalosporins, effectively restoring susceptibility in pBCSK(-) strains. This makes it a valuable reagent for research related to antibiotic resistance mechanisms and β-lactamase inhibition.
