MBA-m1
MLKL Inhibitor
MBA-m1 is an inhibitor of Mixed Lineage Kinase Domain-Like Pseudokinase (MLKL), effectively blocking the process of necroptosis. This compound has been shown to inhibit necroptosis in Mlkl−/− NIH-3T3 cells, demonstrating its utility in studies of cell death mechanisms. Additionally, MBA-m1 has been applied in preclinical models to ameliorate conditions such as MLKL-induced dermatitis and abdominal aortic aneurysm, making it a valuable tool for researching inflammatory and degenerative diseases.
