Memoquin
AChE Inhibitor
Memoquin is an AChE inhibitor with significant anti-amyloid and antioxidant properties. It exhibits oral bioavailability and selectively inhibits BACE-1 and AChE, with IC50 values of 108 nM and 1.55 nM, respectively. Memoquin is noted for its ability to enhance cognitive function while preventing Aβ-induced neurotoxicity associated with oxidative stress.
