Autotaxin (ATX) type-2 Inhibitor

MEY-003 is a specific inhibitor of Autotaxin (ATX), exhibiting half-maximal inhibitory concentration (EC50) values of 460 nM and 1.09 μM for human ATX isoforms β and γ, respectively, when analyzed with LPC18:1. As a non-competitive inhibitor with a Ki value of 432 nM, MEY-003 is a valuable tool for studying ATX-related disease mechanisms and therapeutic strategies.
