Mito-LND

OXPHOS Inhibitor

Mito-LND (Mito-Lonidamine) is an orally active inhibitor of oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) that targets mitochondria. By disrupting mitochondrial bioenergetics, Mito-LND promotes the production of reactive oxygen species and induces autophagic cell death, particularly in lung cancer cells. This compound is valuable for research focused on cancer cell metabolism and the modulation of mitochondrial pathways in therapeutic contexts.
