MS102
USP2 Inhibitor
MS102 is an orally active inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific peptidase 2 (USP2) with an IC50 of 5.46 μM. This compound exhibits notable antiviral activity against ACE2-dependent coronaviruses, making it a valuable tool for studying SARS-CoV-2. Additionally, MS102 effectively reduces the abundance of V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation (VISTA) both in vitro and in vivo, suggesting potential applications in enhancing anti-tumor immune responses when used in conjunction with anti-PD-1 immunotherapy.
