MY33-3 hydrochloride
RPTPβ/ζ Inhibitor
MY33-3 hydrochloride is a potent and selective inhibitor of receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase (RPTP)β/ζ, demonstrating an IC50 of approximately 0.1 μM. In addition, it also inhibits PTP-1B with an IC50 of around 0.7 μM. This compound has been shown to effectively reduce ethanol consumption and mitigate Sevoflurane-induced neuroinflammation and cognitive impairment, making it a valuable tool for research in neuropharmacology and potential therapeutic applications.
