MY33-3
RPTPβ/ζ Inhibitor
MY33-3 is a potent and selective inhibitor of receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase (RPTP)β/ζ, exhibiting an IC50 of approximately 0.1 μM. It also demonstrates inhibitory activity against PTP-1B with an IC50 of around 0.7 μM. MY33-3 has been shown to reduce ethanol consumption and mitigate neuroinflammation and cognitive dysfunction induced by Sevoflurane, making it a valuable tool for research into neurological disorders and metabolic conditions.
