MYF-03-176
TEAD Inhibitor
MYF-03-176 is a potent oral inhibitor targeting TEAD transcriptional activity, demonstrating an IC50 of 11 nM. This compound effectively inhibits TEAD1, TEAD3, and TEAD4 with IC50 values of 47 nM, 32 nM, and 71 nM, respectively. MYF-03-176 has been shown to impede the growth of malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) cells with defective Hippo signaling and exhibits robust antitumor efficacy in mouse xenograft models of MPM. This reagent is valuable for investigating TEAD-related pathways and their roles in cancer biology.
