MYF-03-69
TEAD Inhibitor
MYF-03-69 is a covalent and irreversible inhibitor of the TEAD family, targeting TEAD1, TEAD2, TEAD3, and TEAD4 with IC50 values of 385, 143, 558, and 173 nM, respectively. This compound effectively disrupts the YAP-TEAD protein interaction and inhibits TEAD transcriptional activity with an IC50 of 56 nM. Additionally, MYF-03-69 up-regulates the pro-apoptotic gene BMF and selectively targets mesothelioma cancer cells that exhibit disrupted Hippo signaling. It is suitable for investigations into malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) and related signaling pathways.
