Dispase
Neutral protease, Paenibacillus polymyxa, targets fibronectin and type IV collagen as a potent proteolytic enzyme. This neutral protease is widely employed in tissue dissociation applications, facilitating the separation of intact epidermis from the dermis and detaching epithelial sheets from culture substrata.
