RGD-PEG-COOH Intermediate
NH2-PEG-COOH (MW 2000) is a heterofunctional polyethylene glycol featuring an amino group at one end and a carboxyl group at the other. This reagent serves as an intermediate for synthesizing RGD-PEG-COOH by reacting with N-succinimidyl-6-maleimidohexanoate to introduce a maleimide group, which subsequently conjugates with thiolated RGD peptide via a thiol-maleimide coupling reaction.
