NHE3 Inhibitor
NHE3-IN-3 is a selective inhibitor of the Na+/H+ exchanger isoform 3 (NHE3), exhibiting pIC50 values of 6.2 and 6.6 for human and rat NHE3, respectively. This compound demonstrates significant oral bioavailability (98%) in Sprague-Dawley rats, making it a valuable tool for studying sodium and proton exchange mechanisms. NHE3-IN-3 is ideally suited for research applications focused on renal function, electrolyte homeostasis, and related pathophysiological conditions.
